We really had the best time together and I was a complete and total diva leaving this place. When I started looking up resorts in Cancun, I was so overwhelmed. So, I contacted Victoria Reisinger (Travel Agent Specialist). I gave her a ridiculous list that I wanted our resort to have. Within no time, she emailed me back 3-5 different resorts that met all of the criteria. We ended up at this resort: Unico 2087, which is brand new and opened in March. Not only did she find our dream resort, but she also gave us an honest opinion and helped us make a decision. She literally did ALL of the footwork: booking the resort, booking plane tickets, booking a private shuttle to and from the airport, sending all of our documents to us in the mail, and answering my million questions-all at no cost. She is THE BEST. We travel a lot and we will never do it by ourselves anymore. I recommend her to anyone who travels. I think this covers most of the questions I have received. For anyone traveling or having trouble, contact Victoria in Chattanooga! She is the sweetest!

We had a wonderful time in Punta Cana…. As with all resorts, I can tell you all the pros and cons but this was one of the TOPS… It rained solid on us for 2 days which is something that NEVER happened but it was OK as several were sunburned so bad that they couldn’t have gotten outta the room anyways… We lathered them in sunscreen but for a few, just didn’t do it’s job… Kids were ordering ROOM SERVICE ( chicken nuggets and french fries at 11 PM) and having a blast…
Our rooms were in the middle of the resort RIGHT TOGETHER….( adjoining) PERFECT !!!!!! WE LOVED THAT…. We all agreed that our room location can make or break a vacation… Couldn’t have been better….
Surprisingly, we stayed in the big pool more that the waterpark…. The waterpark was more for kiddies …
The downside of the resort is that the waterpark & sports center is at ONE END and the pool and water is the other end…. LOTS of walking and waiting on carts…. Never knew at which end our group was.. LOL
The UPSIDE was the swim up pools… THAT was the BOMB !!!! We spent an awful lot of time right outside our rooms … When we were tired of walking……. they jumped right in…... Loved it..
Service was FIRST CLASS and food was great….
All in All~ it was a good trip and worth the $$$… As always, we THANK YOU for all you did to make it smooth…

Thank you for setting up this trip. New Zealand was our dream vacation exceeding our highest expectations. The trip was fast moving and we traveled by Bus, ferry boat and sight seeing boats and observed New Zealand from top to bottom. New Zealand is a beautiful country with the landscape changing almost at every turn in the road. The people were friendly and welcoming. All our rooms were clean and of high quality. The tour guide and driver were the spark plugs that made the trip come to life, friendly, humorous,and well informed on the history and facts of New Zealand these two hard working men made each day of the trip a success. If anyone wants to truly see the wonders and enchantment of New Zealand tell them to take this 14 day trip.
The air travel was smooth with only one minor delay on the last connection to Little Rock (plane replacement) was right on time. Business class was really great and we both enjoyed the special treatment wonderful food and the chance to lie down for the long trip over and back.
Jan enjoyed her Bucket List trip for our “50th” as did I . Thank you again for this great trip.

I've been wanting to tell you how much we loved working with you and also how much we enjoyed this trip. All your recommendations were great.
Our room was great. The weather was great considering all reports were that rain was scheduled this August and September more than normal. The land portion's weather turned colder than normal but that made the autumn colors pop out more. Then a day before we were to do Denali National Park, it snowed 5 inches. The tours were delayed a few hours the next day but we still got the whole 7-8 hour tour. Seeing the animals in the snow (we had flurries the next two days) added a whole new dimension. I just had to rob one of David's coats. Much to our surprise, on the land portion, we met a preacher and his wife who used your same company because his aunt uses you guys.
